Adults

Adults come to therapy to untangle what feels heavy, find clarity, and move forward with intention.

Amy helps adults understand what’s happening beneath the surface, then guides them in practicing new patterns that create real change.

This isn’t endless talking in circles.
It’s thoughtful, structured, and focused on helping you create meaningful shifts in your life.

Inside the session

  • Sessions are collaborative, grounded, and tailored to you.

  • We explore patterns, beliefs, and emotional responses while building practical tools you can use in everyday life.

  • Sessions are 45 minutes. Between sessions, you will practice small, intentional shifts that build momentum over time.
