Neurodiversity &
Disabilities
Neurodivergent individuals and those living with disabilities don’t need to be “fixed.” They need support that understands how their brain and body work.
Amy helps clients build skills, confidence, and self-understanding in ways that honor who they are.
This isn’t about masking.
It’s about meaningful growth.

Inside the session
Sessions are collaborative, adaptive, and structured around how your brain processes information.
Amy may use visual supports, concrete tools, movement, repetition, or creative approaches depending on what works best for you.
For kids and teens, sessions may include play, art, stories, or skill-building activities.
For adults, sessions may focus on executive functioning, emotional regulation, boundaries, burnout, and identity.
Sessions are 45 minutes. Caregivers or partners may be included when helpful.
We don’t just talk about challenges. We practice skills that support everyday life.
