Kids

Kids come to therapy to build confidence, learn emotional skills, and make sense of the world around them.

Amy helps kids understand what’s happening for them, then guides them in practicing new skills that create real change.

This isn’t passive therapy.
It’s fun, supportive, structured, and focused on helping kids move forward.
