Kids
Kids come to therapy to build confidence, learn emotional skills, and make sense of the world around them.
Amy helps kids understand what’s happening for them, then guides them in practicing new skills that create real change.
This isn’t passive therapy.
It’s fun, supportive, structured, and focused on helping kids move forward.

Inside the session
Sessions are active, creative and tailored to your child.
Amy uses play, art, stories and movement to help kids express what words can’t, while building practical emotional skills they can use in everyday life.
Sessions are 45 minutes. Parents are partners, with check-ins, consults and simple home routines to support progress between sessions.
We don’t just talk about feelings. We practice new patterns in real time.
