Meet Amy Neufeld: A therapist who actually tells you what to do.

Amy is the founder of Intentional Action Therapy (IAT), a new therapeutic approach focused on identifying and interrupting the unconscious patterns that shape our relationships, behaviors, and emotional responses.

Through her work with adults, teens and kids in Laguna Beach, CA, and her podcast, Now What?, Amy helps people understand why they repeat the same painful cycles in friendships, romantic relationships, family dynamics, and career decisions, and, more importantly, how to break them.

Chatting with Amy on a podcast feels like having cocktails with your best friend - your super honest, super smart, super funny, and like, really pretty, best friend.
