Meet Dominique
Dominique Zabala, AMFT is an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who works with individuals, couples, children, and teens navigating anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges. During seasons that feel uncertain and overwhelming, Dominique helps her clients feel more grounded and connected.
In therapy, she creates a supportive space to gently untangle what’s no longer working and explore new ways of moving forward that feel more aligned and authentic. Her technique is especially effective with individuals who appear to be holding it all together on the outside, but feel anxious, disconnected, or stuck beneath the surface.
With children and teens, Dominique brings creativity and play into the therapeutic process, helping them make sense of big emotions, friendships, and family changes. She also works closely with parents of neurodiverse children, supporting families in building more connection, understanding, and calm at home.
Dominique’s style is warm, collaborative, and genuine. Her therapy sessions often feel like the kind of conversation you didn’t know you needed, one that leaves you feeling lighter, clearer, and more like yourself.
